All products on our webiste are guaranteed to be delivered within 19 days.
If we don't meet our delivery promise, you will receive a 8-50USD Gift Card within 10 business days after warranty date.（Gift card amount based on order value).
"On-Time Guarantee" orders are counted from the day your order is shipped.
Please note: The Late Delivery Compensation policy does not apply to overweight items shipped via sea freight. These items have an estimated delivery time of 30-40 business days and are excluded from the 19-Day On-Time Guarantee.
The "19 Days On-Time Guarantee" does not apply during the following Chinese statutory holidays:
